Arctic highlights

Svalbard

One of the most accessible Arctic destinations, Svalbard sits deep inside the Arctic Circle and offers a genuine wilderness experience. Polar bears, walrus, Arctic foxes and seabirds are among the wildlife you may encounter, with the landscape shifting dramatically between the midnight sun of summer and the blue twilight of winter.

Greenland

Greenland's scale is difficult to comprehend until you are there — vast ice sheets, towering icebergs calving into fjords and remote settlements reachable only by sea or air. Richard can arrange expedition voyages that take in the west coast, the Ilulissat Icefjord and the quieter eastern shores.

The Northwest Passage

One of the great polar routes, the Northwest Passage traces the Arctic coastline of North America through the Canadian archipelago. Expedition ships make this crossing in summer, combining remote landings, wildlife encounters and the history of early polar exploration.

Arctic Norway

The Norwegian Arctic — from Tromsø north to the North Cape and beyond — offers a different kind of polar experience: the northern lights in winter, the midnight sun in summer, and wildlife including reindeer, sea eagles and orca. Combine a coastal voyage with time ashore in small Arctic communities.
